At Ghar Ki Bakery, each cake is freshly baked and customized just for you. Since our products are perishable and made-to-order, we follow special guidelines for shipping, delivery, and returns to ensure your experience is smooth and memorable.

📦 Shipping / Delivery Policy

• Delivery Availability: We currently deliver within Hyderabad city limits. Delivery is subject to availability and may attract additional charges based on distance and timing.

• Timely Delivery: We always strive to deliver your cake on time. However, unexpected delays due to traffic, weather, or third-party delivery partners are beyond our control.

• Customer Responsibility: Please ensure someone is available to receive the cake at the delivery address. In case of unavailability, re-delivery may not be possible.

• Self-Pickup Option: You can choose to pick up your order from our studio. Once collected, the responsibility for safe transport lies with the customer.

🔄 Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

• No Returns/Exchanges: As all cakes are made-to-order and perishable, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been handed over or delivered.

• Quality Concerns: If you notice any issue with quality at the time of delivery, please inform us immediately so we can assess and support wherever possible.

• Refund Policy: Advance payments are non-refundable and non-transferable, as ingredients and preparations are done exclusively for your order.

• Damages: Ghar Ki Bakery is not responsible for damages after handover/delivery. However, we are happy to guide and support you so your celebration is not missed.
